You can clean cabinet with blower if thinking of sucking it with vaccum cleaner chances of static damage increases , what i learn and see in the repair shop is they open cabinet covers front, and both side side after disconecting power for about 15-20 min and will blow air with leafblower from safe distance ... Hopeit helps
