Can this HDD be Trusted as Reliable to Backup stuffs???]
HDD - 250 GB HDT72252DLA380 Hitachi Sata HDD
(used in SATA 1 mode)
Though this is a refurbished HDD,RMA'd aginst another similar 250 GB Hitachi HDD 2years ago,but it's ussed mainly as a Backup drive& has Not seen many hours of usage( u can urself chk that -only "220" hrs uptime on that. Till today morning however it was going all fine,without any signs of defects or reallocation & read errors...just my BAD Luck, my failing Powersafe 500W L&C PSU did the damage just a few hrs back!
It's Not a BLANK hdd, & is mainly used as my MUSIC Backups, so asking u pals,ppls& the experts, is it reliable & trustworthy enough,so that i can carry on my Backups reassured on it as usuall.It's OUT of Warranty, so credibility check of safe,assured storage is the high stake here!
So i want the inputs & replies, pour them fast!
