Never tried with Indian content but never got any strikes for any other content.

Another approach might be using bittorent sync (search on trackers) and use it to do a P2P file transfer with your recipients.

Watch it anytime..... YT helps in this cases.. Make sure to keep the same unlisted..

Before same try to upload 20s+ personal crap videos of anything from your mobile etc.
