The battery will just be used as emergency backup. A few people in dpreview seems to have used these batteries without any issues

Dude... can't compare the neoprene's to the lowpro.... its totally for different usage
the bag bought by #Shakensoul is just for covering the camera when u want to carry the camera around (just the camera). or keep the camera in ur suitcase.
Neoprene is weather proof and gives quite a good cushioning protecting from very minor thuds
Its a bag to have even if u have a proper DSLR bag...atleast I use both my Vanguard uprise and the neoprenee depending upon the situation
