^ Hehe, I told you guys to hang on.

You see pricing could never have been more than 24k since the D40 was hovering around that point.

Canon had to be outrageously stupid to position a Prosumer P&S over a DSLR, so it was kinda obvious from the moment the S5 was announced ;)
 
yup there is no sense in upgrading to S5 from a s3 ...... anyways 17k was a awesome deal for s3 ..... cudn't ask for more :)
 
buddies i called up mafsee n there are offering a killer price on the S5IS japanese 18 k

unfrotunatey i bought my S3 in Jan for 17k :@
 
^^ Mafsee has a reputation (from what I've heard) of selling a lot of fake items. Just be careful.
 
18k is a frickin amazing deal! I think those prices should hit Alfa&Co. pretty soon.

@ Kneo - It takes about a month for fakes to hit the market, besides its tough making something like the S5. You can't really match the build quality and m sure the guys here would open the box when buying ;)
