Canon SX200IS - User feedback please

I am considering buying the Canon SX200IS.

If anyone has had experience with this camera, please post your views/ comments in this thread.

I havn't handled the camera but reviews and sample images seem to suggest it's a very good cam within that segment, although the TZ7 seems to beat it by a small margin

I prefer the Panasonic Lumix TZ7 to this. The TZ7 doesn't have full manual controls but it doesn't have better optical image stabilisation and you can zoom while recording video. It's slimmer too.
