Hello Nitin, I had imported 28pcs of these exact calculators for you which were shipped out by me to your Patiala address on 22nd July. I imported these calculators for you and sold them to you as an individual buyer (as you were not a registered dealer on TE at the time) with no prior knowledge at the time that you would become a registered dealer on TE and resell those same products. I have no problems with you reselling them on TE, however if they are the same 28 pcs that I imported for you then I request you to kindly put a disclaimer in your thread that they were imported by KMD for you and not directly by you and also I will bear no responsibility of honoring the US warranties for these items once you resell them as a dealer.

I am not providing any warranty for these calculators. Why should I mention the name of importer in the thread? I think, I can buy from any source and sell to anybody, here or elsewhere.

Nope you dont need to mention the source. But you forgot a critical factor, which is it does not carry warranty. Hence I am leaving post's untouched.

Also if KMD is not a distributor, technically the product would be 2nd hand, but I leave that upto the buyer's and seller's decision. As its just a technicality.
 
I did not tick "under Warranty" box. So it is obvious that this product does not carry any warranty. Is it necessary to mention in the thred itself. What do you say Aces170 ?

Yes it is, we had issues recently when warranty was not explicitly stated, and the buyer expected some warranty. So I would advise mentioning in the thread, as those check boxes are not very effective in sending across the information.
