@Crazy_Eddy - Yeah.
@Golden - there is no auto setting. You have to manually set the speed from anywhere between 66 mhz and 75 Mhz.
Yup ! that did it. The agp speed is now at 67 Mhz and the system is very stable now. Temps are low at 46C. I ran a few games for 3 hours and no problems whatsoever. Thanks for all the help ! :hap2:

Chaos said:If its an asus board, you need to set the AGP bus to 67MHz, to lock the PCI/AGP. Anything else and the lock doesnt work. Set the bus to 67 from the bios, bring down the LDT/Hypertransport ratio to 3, set the divider to 166 and then try increasing HTT.
