I was using curve optimizer all core negative -25 and reaching about 4.6ghz at 74°c max temp, 1.075v, 77watt at my ryzen 5 5600.. which ran good but pc restart in gaming for few hours in fortnite.

But yesterday i installed ryzen master to do per core curve optimization and used auto optimization.. it set something which was not applied to bios and after that temps reaching 90°c cpu 105-110watt on load while just maintaininh 4.45ghz... so i have reset and uninstalled ryzen master.. tried to put everything ij previous state.. but now the difference is on default im reaching 95watts and bad temp, curve optimizer all core -25 now giving me 105 watt at 80-90°c at 4450mhz.. i am getting very frustrated, please help me regarding this

If your 5600 & mobo are older then 3 years then any one of them or both can be responsible for high temps, bsods, restarts, freezes. It happened to me and I disabled C-States, put PBO as disabled, PBO Scalar to Manual, then set it either X10 or X1. Since my mobo is A520 so I dont have Curve Optimizer and several other OC options. I was getting high temps and all above problems so I unclocked and now my PC is working stablely.
I searched many forums including reddit for a solution upon which some said because of the age of Processor some 5600's are giving these problems and told me to underclock using the above steps. I did not have offset option in my mobo but I can reduce my voltage but since I dont know much about them I didnt touch them.
While running OCCT Power test my PC used to restart without even running for 5 seconds and giving resarts or freezes so after I replaced my PSU with a new one and ran OCCT Power test it successfully completed the test. So in my case it was PSU but still my PC was freezing even on browsers or gaming so I underclocked my processor and now my PC is stable.
Here is a video to help you better

PS: What is your Mobo & PSU?

My whole system is less than 1 month old..

my pc specs:

motherboard msi b550m-a pro
Gskill 3200mhz 2x16gb
1tb WD black sn770
R5 5600 w stock cooler
Rtx 3060 12gb
Silverstone 850watt gold full modular

Case is full with postive air pressure, idle temp 30°c before... Now around 40°c
Fresh new thermal paste arctic mx

Dunno about your issue, but also - If pc restarts only after applying CO, then -25 CO setting is not stable and you need to reduce.

This. it's not stable at -25. Also, stop using Ryzen Master for core BIOS changes. Use it only as a monitoring app, if possible. Uninstall Ryzen Master (which you have), reset BIOS again and re-apply all previous settings. Also, use REVO uninstaller to make sure all traces of Ryzen Master are indeed deleted. Scan your system for viruses/malware to make sure nothing is spiking your CPU usage.

i have unisntalled it already using ms troubleshooter install and uninstall tool

I have reseted bios too... But still cant seem to achieve previous state
I think somehow ryzen master parmanently set settings directly on cpu?
For MSI motherboards - upgrade bios to new version or rewrite same bios again to properly reset. Before doing this uninstall ryzen master, Also -25 all core is a long shot.

That will not remove any trace files.
should i install and uninstall again

i cant find which core is good or bad... so cant set bios but -25 is stable 99% at the time single core 4.6ghz at 62c all core load 4.4ghz at 73c before the RM

should i install and uninstall again
Install Ryzen Master again in the same location as last time, install Revo uninstaller, and use it to uninstall RM. That may you can manually select all trace files and permanently delete them.

Set all to -20. It's tedious to find out which core is unstable.

did that, now do i need to reset bios? i have already did before this...

the restart is very rare,, that is not even my main concern currently.. i am not able to achieve the previous clock with the same settings is the issue im having...
yeah, so once you get your issue fixed, set it up so that you don't have restarts assuming CO is the issue.

When i m testing these things, everytime there is an issue like this, uv has to be relaxed.
You can also test using OCCT or prime95 to get errors quicker.

Rare restarts != stable.

1st of all uninstal Ryzen Master by using Revo Uninstaller,
2nd Download Autoruns from below link and run it as Administrator mode, then check for traces of Ryzen Master is there in the PC anf then delete them.
3rd Then again if you want to instal Ryzen Master by enabling OC options in it then make it to autostart with boot by going to Task manager then to Startup Apps.
4th Or If you want to OC using Bios only then dont use Ryzen Master. OK.

Revo Uninstaller Link: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/

PS: You can also use Revo Registry Cleaner (Free Version) for clearing or cleaning the Registry entries of Ryzen Master.

Im not looking for stability at this moment...but thank you for helping it seems i got my issue fixed but i think there was some kind of bug where it reached 4.6ghz.. now thats not happening with the CO alone but temps/watts are now solved
if someone has this exact processor, can they reach 4.65ghz at -25 CO? i am now stable with -30 but package power not coming down, it is still 77watts
