Car Amp - 2 channel - want it cheap ... any suggestions?

Folks ... one of our team mates is looking for a cheap car amp... his requirements are simple. 2 Channel, clear sound should support 300W RMS power JBL(Infinity) speakers.
Any suggestions ?

One of the dealers offered "Sound Barrier" coz of their thump... which doesnt sound very convincing.
