A Linea under 6L would be hard I'd say. Why the CNG? Get a 1.3 Diesel with the Emotion engine - I think it should be slightly above the 6L mark.
 
CNG cause the biggest worry is on road cost per km...that needs to be low....how is hyundai accent with cng kit? how much will that cost?
 
so can it be factory implemented? which all cars come with factory implemented CNG kits? cause i am thinking of a good car with CNG kit...
 
Punto would be my first preference.

Chevy Beat also pulls attention with the features it is offering and VFM, though the Diesel ver. is not available in it.
