Career advice. Please help me out !!!!!!

Hey guys,

Am 23 and working in an IT servicing company. I feel its high time to decide my career in which am excellent and also fun to be working with. Following are certain charactyeristics about me.

Can any1 of you guys be specific in the career which i would excel. Am Here it goes !!!!!!!

planing
organising
analyzing a problem
giving logical conclusion
prefer logic when compared to Numbers
observing keenly
judging people
ability to persuade people or get things done from people
helping as much as possible when ppl ask for help
Hyperactive
Do not like to sit and work the whole day as in IT Industry

Actually am thinking about MBA and again i have to think about my specialisations....

Any other suggestions to my career ????

I think, a sales job suits the characteristics you posted, maybe you can try for an IT sales job?
 
MBA specializing in HR would be of more to your interests and a career in that would suit you more. Field & desk job mixed in the right proportion [Well, not always]
 
be positive towards what u like and want to be........ . if u can dream it ,u can do it as well.

remember- never sell yourself short:)
 
the above skillset is something that would fit an IT job perfectly. Maybe you are in the wrong project or stream. ask for a release from your current team, and/or a transfer, and check your options. You might be surprised the types of jobs you can do in an IT co, both big and small - you just have to look for it. it won't come to you. Use your initiative and contacts within the company.

In the current situation, anything that involves leaving your current job is risky, even higher studies.
 
a simple bachelors is not going to take you anywhere unless it is from IIT or comparable to the Ivy Leagues.

Get some more exp and go in for a good MBA abroad unless you can crack the best ones over here.

Then you will definitely be guaranteed good money and more choices.

Ya.... But i dont like coding and all.... So only me seriously looking in for other oppurtunities.....
