We did call a person from a center when my father needed care 6 years ago.
I still remember that person was well trained and professional .
Bit expensive though.

@ibose I contacted my relative for the number. They said they don't have it anymore as it was many years ago .

I am afraid the experience with caregivers have been pathetic so far. We requested for 24 hours service in 2 shifts and they are simply unable to provide good trained caregivers even after paying them so much. We had to change the service provider once and the current one can only provide one caregiver even though they took money for two for the two shifts. The experience with caregivers is even worse - they have no respect for an elderly patient and are callous and untrained. They just sit and fiddle or talk on their mobiles. Anyways we will keep looking.

Tell me about it, there have been instances where caregivers taking care of my bedridden grandmother many years ago ransacked her cupboard and nicked her priceless Kashmiri sarees in a very organized manner.
