kk i am exactly in the same boat as you actually...

overkill in both quant and va. a bit too much in va..and killed in DI. :(

i was asking ren same day as cat to gift me 4 marks in DI and i will give 10 in va in return .. why don't IIM's have a market section ?

anyway hopefully will convert IIsc. wanted to do a technical MBa anyway

No, no, what a fool I am :ashamed: I clarified, he's got an interview in IIM Bangalore and the rest were from other college in MAT, etc. ..

anyway 90 percentile is good enough for SC/ST. a guy i know got all 6 calls on that score and is now in IIM C

One of my best friends managed 99.86% and she got a solitary call from IIM Kozhikode :S. She screwed up quant it seems. 91% and IIM Bangalore, its sure gotta be the reserved category! And hey it seem she has a 99.99 in verbal as well :P. So kingy u are not alone. Tough luck any way.

myself , got a 97.8 percentile ... 0 preparation ...

if ony i had prepared :ashamed:

Had you prepared, believe me you would not have done much better. The total score that you have got is less than the score that KK has got in VA alone.

None.... she is in her final year of BTech.

in the 2k1-2k3 batch at k, there was only 1 lone crusader who was a fresher :P

all the rst were ppl with wok-ex ranging in a bell curve from 1-12 :O years :ohyeah:

^^Hehehe, anyway, wit a 97.8, it's actually good you didn't get a call,

Else you'd have to really maxx out ut GD/PI scores....and not making it after a call would have perhaps been more disheartening

The final admission calls are based on the composite weighted scores of the CAT marks, GD score, PI score and some arbitrary subjectivepoints calculated on the basis of the past acads, extra currecs and what not....and the weights assigned to the CAT scores are relatively big...
