10-15K Cell phone from thailand and dubai

Hey guyz,
My budget is 10-15k and I need a good smart phone...
My friend will be getting it from thailand.
Can you suggest me some phones which he can buy me for there?I mean will be cheaper than indian market.

Be aware of duplicate phone my friend.
In thailand , they sell almost all kinds of duplicate phone. These phones looks almost like originals and cost half the price of original. But fake is a fake.
I saw Samsung SIII which at first look seemed original but when I looked closely it was fake.(It was in Indira Market, Bangkok)

Ask your friend to double check before buying.
