No man, it may be stolen one. and you can be tracked by IMEI number sent to switching center during registration of SIM on the network just after switching on the phone. I have heard that mobiles stolen from shops by breaking shutters are sold at half rate. It is fine untill you are caught, but when you are caught (though chances are very less) . . . . .

No Dude its not stolen , Thats for sure ! I Know this Dealer , he is my Friend ! Also He is Giving the same Phone with bill for 18k ! Dont Know wat to do !
 
Buy for 18K at least you have Authorised Warranty in case any problem during year. For warranty you pay just Rs.2.75 per day.

If after 5-6 month you decide to go with another at that time you can offer 6 month warranty to your buyer and thus you got easy buyer for warranty product.
 
You guys can try 3-4 places in Delhi where I feel there is quite competitive market such as Chandni Chowk, Central Market (Lajpat Nagar), Laxmi Nagar Market or Yusuf Sarai.
