archish, using a ordinary phone, check the telepone line, if it has too much of line noise, then that can cause the symptoms you are talking about

nah my line is perfect.I get 34kb/sec downloads when its good but sometimes the bsnl network is really bad and it keeps DC. They have tested my line and said its having no problems.

hehe dont fall for it guys. BSNL is still 2-8 only free, else u will get huge bills!!!
