I m looking to update/downgrade to iPhone 5s ...
Should I need to upgrade now or wait .. ???

I don't think any phone is much of an upgrade from a Nexus 5 right now, unless the battery life is a big issue for you. The internals in that thing are still beastly.

Hey buddy no phone is any worth as an upgrade from Nexus 5 at the moment unless you are keen on changing the eco system.
I for one am planning to buy an iPhone 6 and will dump the droids (currently using Nexus 5 myself) if I really like the IOS eco system.

I was also thinking to shift on IOS(5s) ... Today I just visited some shop in my area .. shop keeper are asking for 2 to 2.5k extra for grey colour .. (Due to shortage of grey colour)

Check online in snapdeal/amazon. Generally the grey color is selling on a higher price compared to both silver and gold

If can wait, let iPhone 6 launch officially - read that it would before diwali. Prices should come down bit and coupled with Diwali approaching, there should be some offer/cashback.

Yes. That is the last iPhone to make some sense. People are going GaGa over 5S than i6. But if you store images and stuff make sure you buy 32Gigs version since iOS 8 will eat up 5.5Gb.

Default video player does not support all formats. There is an app called AV Player. It plays many formats.
