Charging Tsonic 610 using mobile charger

Can my Trascend Tsonic 610 be charged using any off the shelf mobile charger which has a mini USB connector as its output?

I have the option of getting a local charger for 120 bucks, or this "universal mp3 / mp4 player charger) from ebay.
