Not really true. I have done umpteen online deals and things have been fine. Only when certain croppers shoot up, it is irritating. I hate to go out to shops (Nehru Place is one sh$$ hole) to buy stuff.

We as customers are aware of our rights and do understand what is wrong and what is correct.

PS: Somethings are just meant as a much hated word called "feedback". If you as a dealer cannot take feedback in correct sense and start getting defensive, then you should be better off selling in streets rather than online.

Just dont lister to Amarbir the %$#. He will troll when he finds some time ...otherwise 100% will promote his own Lynx forums :P...@ buyers ---just dont hesitate to give the dealers a -ve feedback even say if its a delay of 2-3 weeks when the promised timeframe is 7-10 days and over phone things are confirmed. Once they have enough of it they will either move out of here or learn something.

Here is how it is proceeding.

Becomes TE Member >> Starts so called user benefiting GOs >> When Demand goes up becomes TE Dealer >> Starts own website/forums >> Co-orces even TE members to order from there >> Makes some TE members admins/mods there in own forums >> Becomes Distributor >> Finally trolls on TE and some fine day decides to forget abt TE and its members and resigns :)

Well there is nothing wrong in all as its all business and profits this but somewhere in it doesn't feel right isn't it.

You do exactly the same ,You act like all suppliers of this damn world know you are end up buying from people on Te .Before you comment on others learn something yourself .You and me sail in the same boat now i am not a dealer here ,All dealers want to make maximum money and all of us want to save the maximum ,If you try n save its ok cos you are the customer ,If they try to do it they are hitlers [ you know something have you ever figured why only 25 of you Yap on the forums in any thread basing others ? ] Cos you are only meant to do this have no work lol .

In no post i said he should not give bill ,I said he might be busy explain him that you are felling uncomfortable and cannot communicate with him many times on one issue .thats it .I did not defend vijay at all to prove what he did was right i said that as a dealer we too face many issues and this leads to us not giving you proper service .That all about it

BTW : Your decency is spilled all over with your comments you do not even know how to address your peers in TE forums you Call them %$#

i just read your older posts and came to realization that you are thinking that members want dealers to stock all the stuff before they advertise.

well it is not that way.

Customer: Do you have this product in stock? (Customer means You = Lynx)

Lynx: Yes sir, we have it in stock. (Lynx means We = whole indian market)

Customer is paying Lynx, and not your supplier directly.. He need not know whole ramayan n mahabharat behind how and what you handle because what he asks is whether you have it. If No then you shall say it is not in ready stock with you and you will have to place an order. Just stop representing the whole nations stock as your stock is what members are trying to say.

as for the topic.

he is known to not send bills in most of the deals.. just a mistake? not even after having asked for the same?

i have my own issue with concerned member but it would be best that i keep it under cover for now due to lack of evidences to prove the same. im just waiting for a similar activity to happen again and then i will take it left right front back.

Sir this is a Feedback thread for a Dealer. After carefully reading all your posts i have come to conclusion that you have no such feedback for the dealer since you havent done any deals with BuygamingStuff. Incase the Title of the thread was misleading,confusing i will elaborate on it once more;This is a feedback thread for Buygamingstuff. The Issue in question here is that he hasnt provided me with a bill for a monitor that i bought from him. Its been over a month now. Also stop giving me bullshit that he might me busy with udac and other products that he brings here. I dont really care how he markets his business et all. Also this is not a thread to malign other dealers like KMD,Mediahome. They have their own respective feedback threads and if you have bought anything from them leave a feedback.

Now the Question that madnav is trying to ask you is that do you ask for a bill from your suppliers while you are taking the stock from them or after a few Months. Do u ever finalize sales without a proper bill from your supplier?

Also what supra is saying is correct. We all know how Vijay started out here in TE. From him monitor GOs to his initial Asus product range to what he is now. Its the attitude that has changed as he has progressed. Earlier he used to send a pm to anyone who used to post in thread for xyz deal. Now he dsnt even reply to PMs. People should not forget their roots FFS.

Well all I can say since TE members are not the only concern of dealers now and they have a better unsuspecting audience who will rather pay up more ......we are getting a rough treatment/deal. And ya you all started from here and tend to forget all of us ....the trustworth TE members. Thanks and Kudos to our dealers. I am outta here

Amarbir, can you enlighten us all, how the sort of behavior we are curbing will make dealers save 'maximum'...? Also how do we as buyers save (selfishly) when we request:

1. Timely communication.
2. Authentic invoices.
3. Honored commitments.
4. Justified refunds.
5. Approachability to sellers post deal.

roboghost did the right thing by a giving a -ve rating . some members even had worse experience but are hesitant to leave a -ve rating . before ordering the dell u2311h i inquired few members about their experiences with BGS , after hearing from them i decided to order it direct from Dell even if it involved lies , fake stamps....etc.

The point dealers should note is about being HONEST and telling the customers what went wrong . i always wanted to ask BGS if it was his side business because he doesnt really care about anything on the forums

madnav said it right , @amarbir you are being biased think from neutral point of view

No one is bothering to read what i same who am i defend anyone i am saying that all and everyone is not perfect we all make mistakes its just that some of us think themself to be god ,Do you know why we few people are yapping on this thread

The reality is we as buyers are looking for a transparency in our deals with you the dealers, if i am buying product A from dealer X and if they don't have it in stock and its only with their dealers headoffice let us know about it, so we can make a clear decision if I as a buyer, I didn't want to wait for more then one week i can say that it is to long for my comfort and back out on the other hand if i am ready to wait then we can go ahead with the deal.

Now we come to the point of payment , here instead of taking the whole amount you need to take a token advance so it address the following grievance

a) It doesn't lockup a huge amount with the dealer till you get the product in stock which could be 7 days to a month maybe even two.

b) you as sure that we as the buyer have made a commitment towards the deal.

Once you have RECEIVED the product at your end you can ask for the remaing amount before shipping

now to the end result

once the product is shipped its should be the dealer's responsibility that the buyer gets the product and all the paper work correctly, paper might not be needed for the any warranty claim but it still proof of purchase and we buyers will certainly like to keep that in tab.

alright, i have a better example for amarbir :P

suppose i have to go to delhi to meet customs for clearing my shipments..

it is kind of urgent and i dont have much time to spend as i have my other things in life to look after.. say my repair business and all..

so i have two options.. take a plane or go buy bus...

now i feel lazy to go by bus and want to save time by going by flight..

i call up my regular/known agent to book flight ticket to delhi..i ask if any ticket is available today..and the agent tell me yes..I pay

now to my surprise, agent has a ticket of next week. He thought he could just manipulate me into buying from him somehow anyhow.. Clever!! but what about my work?

Would i not be better off a bus than a plane if agent told me that he doesnt have a ticket for plane today?

how much business do i lose further by not clearing the shipments on time?

moreover, what is the agent tell that i have booked a ticket for you today.. but the ticket booked today is of a flight next week ?

who is right and who is wrong?

so far from the experience i have seen that the person whose shipments were not cleared was claiming to be innocent which implies the agent being at fault. now who is in whose place?

PS: it is madnav and not madhav. n and h may appear similar after d, honest mistake. but just wanted to clear :P
