Most important thing in any customer centric industry is commitment
When i commit something and accept the deal/service agreement, I need to honor that, come what may. I cant go to my customer telling all these grandpaa stories
if you cant understand it, fine. But don't come uttering this crap here again. Try this to the poor customers who come to your store.
