I have used a Procus Rush 4k. My advice is to not buy a cheap action camera. The pic quality is crap, video is worse, and the apps which sync with the cam are a huge headache. I sold it off a long ago, and have been passively looking for a used GoPro.
Some people have decent experience with SJCam cameras.
