CPU/Mobo Cheap AM3 Mobo?

Hi Guys,

I need to purchase Mobo. for Phenom II x710 procc. Which is the cheapest mobo for it nowdays available for it locally? I would prefer that mobo that has 4 RAM slots instead of 2...
Don't require much features as won't be into Ocing n all and neither need IGP as already got a discreet card..

There are hundreds of older AM2 motherboards that support AM3 CPUs. Gigabyte has some excellent options in the 2.5k-3k range.

If you need DDR3 support on the latest 790 chipset, the ASUS M4A78T-E is a great option. IIRC, It has 128 megs of on-board HD3300 graphics.

your discreet card is an ATi or AMD ?

its easier if you buy a mobo with the same chipset/ IGP co as the gfx card

Stay away from cheap boards.. They becomes hot too early and provide lots of problems.. I would suggest you to get a great solid 780G MB Like Gigabyte GIGABYTE - Product - Motherboard - Overview - GA-MA780G-UD3H (rev .1.0)

Am3 won't do wonder and not worth wasting moolah until new Memory Controller debut with 8 series RS880 and 880D
