cheap and best tab from singapore - need suggestions

hi guys, my relative is leaving to singapore in a couple of days. Is it worth to buy a cheap and best 7" tab (within 6k) which has

(1) some video playing capabilities (mkv ?)

(2) ebook / MS word / PDF reading (very essential for legal documents)

(3) web browsing with flash support

(4) Android 2.2 with A8 cortex is said to support flash...

and wifi etc etc with inbuilt storage and/or memory card support.

It should be worth getting it for a good price difference since i compromise warranty for it.

. Come on guys, he is leaving today. So i want to get a tablet within 5k or 6k range which satisfies my needs. Is it worth to get it from singapore or get it locally in chennai ?
 
^^ Thanx a lot mate. The specs look appealing. I think i can save 3 - 4k if i get it from singapore. Here in Ebay it costs 13k. But i have to compromise local warranty for that. Just now visited the homepage but everything is in Chinese which reveals its a Chinese brand. So is it reliable ?
I have opted for the aurora due to its IPS screen and 1GB DDR3 memory. Is it a good choice ?
