Well, it's alright you're exempted!

don't bother about the join date ,i have been looking on these forums for 2.5 yrs,it's just that i joined it now:(

I ordred an Ed Hardy for just 4100 bucks, something you would not get here less than 6-7k and it is good.

So good brands are indeed cheap over there. There was an amazing deal at ebay a few days back when one could get a TR jeans for just 5k!!! Can you imagine?!

As I said, I don't want low end clothes, mid range is fine but I prefer ultra high end and high end stuff if it has to be from the states.

Tell me something, how the hell do you differentiate between a Ed-Hardy fake, and genuine. The quality of the cloth is good in fakes, and designs are easily re-produced, I feel these luxury brands are purely for professionals from glamour industry.

There is a GAS showroom next to my place, and trust me its a total rip-off. Very ordinary pair of jeans start from 5k upwards, I would any select a Levi's over GAS or Diesel etc.

I have an original Diesel and the quality is wayyy better than most Levis. There is difference in quality.

By the way, quality is not the issue. Spykar makes great jeans. But I need to have expensive clothes so that I look okay in college.

^^ Lol, I find Diesel jeans very ordinary. Lol and Diesel jeans is not gonna get you chicks, as you will notice in college. Rather a sports car is always a jackpot, maybe you can tell your dad to get a Lamborghini from States, I am sure its high-end to upper-high end.

:P

Car is out of budget. The most I can spend on is clothes and maybe mobile and stuff. But good clothes can be arranged for.

Diesel is pretty good, they also charge a hefty price.

The irony is, you can't differentiate between original and replica. even if you wear orginal one, people would think you brought some cheap fake.

so this gives no utility. I always look for functional clothing rather going behind brand.

If I was you I would have got a $exy gadget from there like iPhone. this is something which you can show off among your peers

5k jeans make you look okay?
Wow, i cant imagine how ugly u might be :P
Why dont you share your pic or something in those jeans so we can give you feedback before you hit on the chicks ?;)

Clothes don't make a difference, its how you carry them is what matters. A friend of mine wears cheap road side clothes purchased from Janpath but his dressing sense is so awesome that it looks great on him. Then there is the CEO of my college who wears luxury brands but has no dressing sense and zero personality, he looks nothing short of a Laborer. The bottom line is that if you have a good personality and a decent dressing sense, you will look good no matter what you wear.

P.S : Most of the Highly fashionable chicks you see in DU do all their shopping at Janpath.

EDIT : Not 10 days ago, you were looking for cheap shirts to buy for your college and your total budget was not more than Rs. 4000 , what changed? Did you hit a lottery or something? :P

Who is going to put their hands inside your jeans to check the label? Save some money and buy some decent brand like Numero Uno or Spykar or Levis.

Did you all forget we are dealing with TB? Normal rules don't apply.

Get whatever you wish as I think this is a wrong forum for this question as all we middle class Indians usually don't usually spend 5k on a jeans.

Honestly, I would recommend you go to a stylist and get a good, expensive haircut, get some good perfumes and decent clothes that you have tried and altered so that it fits you well. That should keep you in playing distance of the chicks.

Zara,River Island,Pull & Bear,Springfield,Bershka,Tommy Hilfiger,GAP,Levi',LV,PEPE,Gucci,H & M,Mango, and many more Luxury brands i have used here in Dubai were manufactured in India,Bangladesh or Srilanka.....

Somebody ban this retard from this forum. The other day he spammed my mailbox with some "get rich by writing" scheme too.

@TB
Don't forget your Huggies and your Whisper Ultra under your 5k jeans. Take care.
