Cheap But Reliable CDMA Mobile ?

Please guys help me!
I'm LF a CDMA mobile for my mom.
Will be use for RIM,MTS or TATA SIM.
Dual SIM would be better with good battery but budget is very low.
Can spend max. 2K for brand like Nokia,Samsung etc with Dual SIM.
1. Q: Budget?
A: 1K (as cheap as possible but reliable with good warranty and after sale service)

2. Q: Preferred Form Factor(flip, bar, slider)?
A: Bar

3. Q: Preferred display type?
A: No idea

4. Q: Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: No idea

5. Q: Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?
A: No idea

6. Q: Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
A: Not required

7. Q: Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: No idea but fast OS would be better

8. Q: Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: May be GPRS/EDGE

9. Q: What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: Mainly for talk for long time

10. Q: Any other requirements?
A: May be Dual SIM

11. Q: If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.
A: Not yet

This is what i have done..

->g0t a micromax c111 model for Rs 600(mts locked)..

->unlocked it to make it work for all the CDMA operators

->Now using Reliance sim with it ..

But its just a very basic mobile..but works like any thing ;)

Definitely it supports ..but the one i got from the phone only gets power from usb ..
i have used a spare one lying around (which i think i got for my external tv tuner card) and flashed it successfully :D

Sorry,but no OFFENSE to anyone.

I know there r so many guys who r way smarter than me and they can unlock,hack and program any mobile number to any phone.

But,those r all mean nothing to me cos ultimately I have to do it myself.

And I don't know how to do it.....:(

And I know very well that I have not paid anyone here.

So,please suggest a simple cheap CDMA phone which can fulfill my requirement..........

Thanks bro.

Yesterday went to rworld.

Saw LG handsets were near 1K range.

They also told that we will get free 500 or 1000min r2r call only with this selected cheap LG sets.

Few Samsung were available but they were expensive.

I think I gonna but one of these LG set.

But,don't know if it got sim slot or not.....

Micromax C2i is a very good VFM phone, good voice quality, excellent talk time (got a 1800 mA battery), and very cheap (price is now further reduced to 1299 on flipkart). Build quality is also much better than the other similar LG, Huawei, and ZTE phones available. And best of all it is not locked to any network. Trust me, go for it eyes closed.
