now i dont know wat to do i paid for 256 mb and i m using only 108 mb

hope u guys will help me out

hehe, deja-vu

this topic was done to death a while back....seems like a bunch of the cheap mp3 players in the market state false higher capacity than their real storage size...tough luck dude...

hey dont you have any cd provided with the player?

All flash mem devices loose space after formatting. You need to use tools provided by the manufature on the cd to get back the lost memory.

hey kidrock i got a cd but no tools r there to make the mp4 player back in its state it just contained amv player and converter act player and converter and some more craps lik that

The point everyone is trying to make is that many cheap players actually have just 128MB of memory but the firmware is set to indicate 256 MB.

Did you ever actually put 256 MB of data on that player? If you did, then you can be somewhat confident that the idea of using the original CD tools will work.

If not, then just convince yourself that you actually bought a 128 MB player and enjoy what you can of it.
