Cheapest 3g phone in india??

need some advice on buying a new 3g enabled phone in india...price factor is really important...as i jst want to use it for internet and few voice calls...no other specific task...so dont want to spend much...

Nokia 3120C is a good bet. Around 6500.Video call also supported. EDGE class 32. @MP Camera with flash. 6233 is also available for less than 7k but no video call feature and EDGE class 10 only.

Well I got a Motorola V3xx shipped from Greece around a year and a half back for 132$. At the time USD was 40'ish.
