ATi HD 4670 , 4650 and nVidia 9600GSO for the 4-6k bracket , above that 9600GT from Palit.

Performance of 4670 is lower, but the price is cheaper too. If your PSU isn't good enough, and you dont have enough budget, 4670 will be a good choice.

9600GT is definatly faster than HD4670.. I think the Palit 4670 retails for arnd 5.4-5.5K, which makes the Xpertvision 9600GT a better buy at 5.6K or so..
