Below 1500, U can buy used Intel D101GGC with ATI X200 graphics onboard. SATA, DDR1, 5.1 Audio.

or sell UR DDR1 RAM, DDR2 is dirt cheap. Get nVidia 7050 chipset mobo.

I doubt if u can procure one that has an LGA775 + DDR I support; :)
