Cheapest STD Call Rates

Okay, I need to know which Operator allows for the cheapest STD call rates.

If there is a specific Operator X to Operator X STD plan for some Operator X, please mention.

Currently I'm on AIRTEL's 1Re/3 minutes plan. Is there anything better for STD? I know Docomo is 1/2p/s, but it requires a recharge of 99 every 3 months.

i got docomo offer for 56 rs for 6 months.

thats cheapest i saw.

another shot is reliance mobile cdma i guess.

Reliance has 1p/sec across all operators and in any part of the country in roaming.
Uninor has some plans but connectivity would be a question mark.
