Alright, so a friend of mine is in the UK for a month as part of a study programme and I was wondering what would be the cheapest option to call the UK.
She's taken a Matrix card with a local UK number so that incoming calls are free and I believe that I'll have to pay ISD rates to call.
So which provider has the cheapest ISD rates out here? Any other options? (Apart from MSN Voice Chat and Skype).
