IMHO arun should refund the money because he is totally wrong on his part .MODS please try solving this issue
 
Why does every gets simply against mod Meph ? Yeah, there is a rule only seller & buyers should reply. But go back & read, where buyer asked mods to reply. And also, Meph is market mod & he has total right to reply because here is some dispute going on. Not some party. And if you think he shouldn't reply, report his posts.

And those who are commenting on Arun's english, please get a life. You are not born in London & look at you, mocking at someone's disabilities :|

I know this may be OT & against rules, but I cannot keep quiet when group of people bullying someone. This post can be deleted.

no but the box will not fix it inside after shipment the package so i remove the heatsink and place inside the box at down slot

and i suggest can to ask jaydipmori to post the screenshot of any bent issue that i have not check any proof or any screenshot that he never post it of the board layout and testing that he told me he have test many pc part like psu and different gpu which it was working at booting issue at BIOS only but windows 7 was stable..

Just want to add a clarification here, whether it matters or not, On saturday that is 15th received a call from Jaydip about this transaction where in he recieved the wrong CPU, alongwith that he mentioned this as well that packaging was horrible with no bubble wraps or separate box and cpu cooler inside the box without being installed on the mobo. He was very concerned about the mobo (since I believe he said it was bent or maybe some other reason which I may not have been able to comprehend).
 
I whole heartedly appreciate Mephis' effort to resolve this.
People thinking a mod shdnt post here.. really have gone cuckoo for the time being at the least.
 
The only thing left to clarify is whether or not the motherboard really is faulty, it doesnt matter if it wasnt faulty before Arun.P shipped it as he clearly did not pack it properly.

If that is done, Jaydip is entitled to a full refund for both the CPU and the motherboard from Arun.P.

dont want to start a flame war but writing skills are not dependent on hearing impairment. I have a friend with hearing disability & he writes absolutely crisp, grammatically correct english, but yes pointing to some one's disability & making fun of him is the lowest one can get.

Anyway I stayed out of this all this while but I feel someone who stays in jaydip's city, should go and check out if indeed the motherboard is working or not. Regarding any damage during transit, its completely the seller's responsibility to pack things well. Therefore as the mobo got damaged in transit and is not working as a consequence & also because the seller mislead the buyer about the true model of the cpu, the buyer urf. jaydip should get a full refund from mr. arun regardless of whatever is his current financial standing.

why do you want to keep a 945 OEM , a brand new 955 BE is available for 6k or lesser , i guess u paid 9.2k for board + processor. Dont keep the processor for 6k u will be at loss at the end,
 
like sukant said, no pint keeping a oem 945. After all this dont back down from your initial demand for a full refund.
 
ok guyz i m tired now from arun i can't even sleep properly @ last n8

on chatting he is giving me 4.5k refund for mobo today he is depositing 1.5k in my acc and i m keeping 945 and cooler
and less 3k he said he will manage in 2 weeks
 
No dude. Ask for complete refund if all you are getting is 4.5K for mobo. If he is giving an additional ~2k since he has given an OEM 945 instead of 955, plus not a BE, so no overclocking too if you want to do so.
 
i already spoke to jaydipmori

that i have to refund for the board 4.5k only cause i am broken out of fund, that why he decide to accept my offer

cause i dont have enough amount that i am short of fund due to some loan issue, so anyway i will deposit 1.5k at his account and rest of balance 3k at 2 week soon as i have to arrange some money soon... ;)

and i hope the issue is solve so i am not flaming or give attitude to someone that i have already take my responsible

so i hope the issue is solve last thing

the cpu can be overclocking i already done 3.8 ghz before so what is the point of asking me that why i dont want to starting troll these thread
 
after a lot's disscuss i m tired now and he is giving me finally 4.8k refund for mobo :( he has no money and he has to give someone 20k :(
 
First thing first, Keep the Dignity And Be Righteous.

There have been times when i have refunded people full amount without asking any question. The fault is that people tent to sell the product cause they need new. It is OK to do so but wait till you hear good news about what you have sold and then only spend the money you got from the deal.

So Grow Up Guys and start having a look at the bigger picture.
