Its up to you completely how to handle your own deals. other can only suggest. But please let me give you my view.

When facts are wrongly submitted or responsibilities of seller have been carelessly taken care of, a buyer should get his money back. online or offline. Its not about seller or buyer or online trust or whatever you want to think, they are basics in a transaction involving cash and items.

I do suggest you to return all the items and get your full money back. Just because he is going to be in a fix in future doesn't entitle him to put you in a fix now. Expensive lesson i say.

In addition to this is he still returning 1.4K refund for the processor??? If not then I must say you have a big heart......

Don't you too deserve the money ? Its his problem to whom he has to give the money and I don't agree with the fact when someone says "I am physically challenged in hearing department." then he should have not sold the product on a forum if he can't deal it he could have asked someone else to handle the dealing part on his behalf !
 
@ banik no he is not returning 1.4k for cpu but how i count is this : 3k for oem cpu :( and 1.4k for cooler :( does this ok i need cooler and cpu for my office pc

he said he has no money now and been able to get after min one months so i agree to get 4.8k :( and he deposited 1.5k today @ 2pm in my ac .

Hey you shouldn't return the mobo before getting the refund, you are not at the fault he is at the fault. After getting mobo he can say you did this or that with mobo so it got damaged.
 
^ ask him to transfer the money, then ship him the mobo, since it is a faulty, he will not be using it either
 
Well this is disappointing but its a complete ignorance and reluctance on the sellers part. The seller should refund all the money to the buyer incl the shipping cost so that the buyer can ship him his stuff back.

1) Wrongly selling an item.
2) Item sold going bust in 3 days due to some damage when shipping.

These two things are far more than enough to make anyone not deal again with the seller. Apart from that, no offense, but Arun has a difficult way of communicating making things quite hard and sometimes conveying a message that wasn't intended in the first place.

I feel its time when a Global Mod steps in and lays down the law.
 
i got the reply from mod that u must pay me refund 4.8k first then i will ship the mobo and that's my final decision and if u not agree then i have to send u back all :@

i saw in t.e rules before buying the product should return if the buyer is not sanctification these product so anyway i will refund the balance payment soon.. after your ship it soon

so i said i am going to pm the mod for few question and what is the point of post the thread might be waste of time did i ask your ?

at the beginning of this transaction, did you ship the product first and let the OP pay you after he received the items?

If jaydipmori paid you first, the you can surely do the same now. Pay him the refund and he'll keep his side of the agreement.

One of the member has agreed, and until both of them do not agree there will not be any transaction, in which case Meph will not be a middleman. As a middleman facilitates a transaction.

OT: Why do I feel this is turning out to be a mod bashing thread rather then helping to sort out the issue?
