Well I made a mistake when giving account number (last 3 digits got interchanged). Have provided bank account screen shot to seller, can provide the same to mods to verify my claim. Please ask seller to provide screen shot of account from 4th Feb to 10th Feb, I am sure he has got the refund and is delaying the refund again
As I have made an payment to the above account details mentioned by chetansha... Now he is saying that account details provided was wrong..
(It wasn't my fault)
Amount was already credited from my account & haven't received any msg on phone regarding refund.. Can't check online as account is disabled bcoz of mistakenly entered wrong password 3 times..
Have already requested chetansha that I am busy with my exams preparation & will only get time to visit bank after my exams finish which will be after 5th march..

No one said it's your fault. I have provided my account screen shot to you as proof as amount not recd.
I did ask you when your "exams" are getting over , and there was no response from your side . Also you never told in pm that your bank account has been "locked".
As simple as that , you are getting worked up for no reason.

Ofcourse, what do you think happens to the amount ? If It's not gone in the beneficiary account , it gets auto credited to senders account . I know this for sure , as I spoke with the bank manager where I hold my account.
Just a small doubt here, as per RBI circular , Beneficiary name is not required to be matched in case of NEFT, also since last 3 digits are interchanged there is a high possiblity that an account with that number might exist in the bank & hence amount would be credited into it.
So if the amount is credit there is no chance of a refund back to seller, it would solely depend if the person is willing to refund the money back to the sender.
No my point here was that, the seller has sent the amount to the account number you mentioned to him, since it was a incorrect a/c number you provided but the a/c with that exact number might exist in the bank hence money may have been credited, now here I doubt if seller is liable to send you any money now.
Though I am not on anybody's side, only hope for you is an IFSC code mismatch i.e bank a/c you mentioned to seller does not exist in that particular branch. Else its upon goodwill of the person who got that money.
