Nothing amazing in that anyway.

The GPU selection in itself sucks. With that PSU , you can actually go in for GTX295 SLI with water cooling (obviously you need to spend) or GTX275 with Air cooling!

Motherboard , CPU , PSU and LCD choice is very good.

Again with the PSU i'll go in with either CM , Tagan or Corsair

The guy probably looks a Thermaltake fan hence the thermaltake cabby preferred over cooler master and antec as well.

^^^^

have to aggre with u there

but still its effing nice :)

Other than the GFX .. every point you made is wrong .

That is an excellent build .. It is AMAZING !

Nice one... I agree he could made wiser GPU choice, but it's not bad at all... considering he's driving two 24" monitors and bigass LCD, it's not an overkill either.

Also, I think he had Tagan PSU (1000 watts) only, so I don't understand your gripe.

^^ Err wasn't it Thermaltake? :S

If not , then my mistake.

There isn't anything else I mentioned , except the part that he seemed more like a Thermaltake fan. :P

I'd personally prefer CM Chassis any day over thermaltake. Just a personal preferance really. :)

something i dont understand here..... whats wrong with a 4870x2 ? its only slower than a 295 which costs close to 150$ more.

It seems you are a CM fan rather than he being a Thermaltake fan. Thermaltake has pretty good cabinets and PSU's. The high end toughpower 1kW+ PSU's are way better than the Tagan counterparts and have very good OEMs

I actually wouldn't mind the Corsair HX1000 :)

Yeah its a solid PSU even for GTX295 SLI. I have been using it for an year now and the only problem I have is that it eats up a lot of space in my already cramped Stacker 830 with its greater than usual length. But I guess most 1kW+ PSU have this problem.

anish corsair PSU are best (one of the best)in the world

and tagan? wtf tagan PSU?

corsair 1000W is all u need like forever

i dont think that PSU will be pushed even if u add another PHYSX card

actually its a 1500W PSU from corsair but to get 80%+ efficiency they labled it as 1000W

buy this PSU and ur done for all the years

u will only have to change this psu once it dies
