OCZ Vanquisher, CM Elite with one rear 120mm and one front intake fan.

AMD Athlon 2 245 (2.9GHz)

Aren't these numbers just good :)
 
So, your CPU is cooler than your room temp ?

I just assembled a X2 240 system, got same result.

I think progs like CoreTemp. Everest need to be updated for these CPUs.

Asus M2A74 also not recognised by Everest.
 
Did u take the temperature readings under load? otherwise the temps seem normal for a third party cooler of this kind
 
Found this info about Phenom 2. The Athlon 2 should run pretty much similar (or lower).

LOL I know that man :P Just that there is no game that I can't play on full settings, I am not overclocking. In fact I am right now on onboard 780G graphics (4850 is out of the rig), not gaming from quite some time.

Will do that after I get back to gaming. :hap2:
