Chinese Shopping Websites :: SAFE?

I am sorry if i posted this in wrong category.

Today i found two Chinese website they selling all electronic items at cheapest price. is it safe to deal with them?

there are some deals like iphone under 250 Euro

Blackbarry Strom at 218 Euro and lots more.. all at unbelievable price.

I am not posting any link here because i am not sure about forum rules. but i can PM you the links.

after seeing the price i feel like buying something but not sure about them so need your comments on this. does anyone have tried any chinese site? please do share your experience

you can put such links under the hot-deals-and-discussion section...
let us also know abt em dear.. incase its genuine (hope so)... we all will have quite a good time
