It is basically an issue of economics - how much effort do you have to put in to secure a system against piracy? What costs does it involve? And what losses occur due to piracy?

Cracking teams now really want something different now to rough hands on.
 
What these companies don't understand is that they are spending more money to develop some weird things but if they save their money and reduce prices of games it would be brilliant. I wouldn't mind buying cheap original games say for around 200-400.
