^Why would you want backlight to be visible during daytime? :S
G110 is a good choice and I think it does fit your budget. But the backlight visibility during the day beats me!
The G110 lets you configure the different colors for the backlights as well.

Well I have a sidewinder x6 and I think I bought it for around 3.6k.
Its a nice keyboard, only problem might be that it takes a while to get used to the key positions; yes its qwerty but there is something unusual about the positioning(probably because of the extra macro keys that occupy a column in the left).
The backlight is visible in the daylight too(no idea why you would need that) and it actually looks sexy with two huge knobs for volume and backlight control.

Microsoft Reclusa, not sure about availability though.
but G110 & X6 are really good in their price range.
Other choices are logitech G15,Alienware Tactx, & logitech G19 in the increasing order of their cost. all are above your budget. G19 is almost three times.
