Some people have already commented in the "Last movie you saw.." section, but I am falling short of words to describe Nolan's latest creation.

Inception.

This is one movie that is going to be amongst the best in this century. Nolan is a brilliant genius. 5 super movies in the past 12 years and he is getting better with each and every one of them.

He has set a new standard for himself. I can't remember the last movie, Hindi or English, where the whole audience was clapping during the credits!

Leonardo was fantastic. Another splendid performance after Shutter Island.

Many people might not be able to understand it fully and feel cheated. I really sympathize with them. :P

To me, it was like a roller coaster ride, upside down, on a cliff, without safety belts.

Long live Nolan! :clap::clap:

Dude its an acid trip without the acid.

However man tell me one thing isn't there a bug in the movie or did i miss something.

When Leonardo and Mal age in their 50 yr dream, why are they shown to be young when they are on the tracks to return to reality even though they were shown to be an old couple in one scene

Also if u want to laugh ur ass of , read this d-bag's review, its posted on metacritic as well

http://www.observer.com/2010/culture/can-someone-please-explain-inception-me

people are flaming this guy to death in the comments, they made accounts just to flame him :D

From that critic

I have no idea what the market is for this jabbering twaddle-probably people who fritter away their time playing video games, which I'm willing to bet pretty much describes Christopher Nolan.

Those who thought this was good, play video games ?

Is playing video games required to enjoy this movie or would i be in for a mind-f***

^ Lol no way. Let me put it this way. My dad, who nevers seems to get interested in anything beyond westerns and series like 24 was totally immersed into the movie. Don't read stupid reviews. Go watch the movie. You will be in for the ride of your lifetime! :)

From the user review over at IMDB

The only thing one could have against the movie, is the headache one could have.See, most of my friends go to the movies for brainless action, they enjoyed Iron Man 2 and The A-Team, but this movie-you have to see it at least twice, to understand it.The levels and the layers on which thing are happening are so many, that one surely'll miss something vital. This is a reason for not fitting to the mass audience, but i hope that won't happen, because Nolan is one of my favourite directors/writers, and he showed, that the brainless action flicks aren't all of it.There are still movies like Inception out there and still people like the Nolans to make those movies, so it's not all lost. And i hope this movie could show the audience that the story is still important for the experience one could receive, not the endless, constant explosions.Because this is really a one of a lifetime event.

Couldn't have put it better myself. :)

I don't read reviews, my thing is look at the score, if its over 7 then its worth a watch. Simple.

Only read it because it was posted earlier. It does seem like the author has issues with Nolan. Can't say anything either way as i've yet to watch any of Nolan's movies. Haven't stepped into a theatre in many years now. I wonder if that's about to change ;)

well then you have to watch The Prestige cause that is pretty awesome.

Memento too but you'll find it familiar if you have seen Ghajini but the execution of the former is ofc awesome :p

I don't understand why people keep comparing Ghajini to Memento. Except the short-term memory loss, nothing is common in both :|

yeah christopher nolan is one of the mos promising directors of this generaition just look at his movies all of them are A+ starting from the short doodlebug to following, insomnia, prestige, memnto, btaman begins, tdk ,inception all of them have been great films

Assuming hindi "Ghajini" is similar in execution to tamil Ghajini, .... "Memento" is one of those roller coaster rides you will never forget, while "Ghajini" is a much watered down, decent movie. Comparing both is out of question.

While I won't watch "Inception" for a while, I rate Nolan among the best in Hollywood today. Is he "God of all directors"? That's a highly questionable claim.

^ Dude relax, I was just praising the guy. That statement can never have a single answer. It's purely subjective. He is "God of all directors" for me.

And FYI, that was not a claim :P

For me Nolan and Guy Ritchie are certainly the best directors right now. No one makes such good movies one after the other. Critics need to give more credit to their work.

I dont get why PT Anderson, Woody allen, Coen Brothers, James Cameron get so much critical acclaim. Their movies are just average, most of the times they make sh*tty movies. These are the most overrated directors.

Nolan, Guy Ritchie, Quentin Tarantino, James Cameron & Spielberg for me. Sums up the list I guess. :P
