The second part has already happened here from years. The first part you can start too.. since you bought up the topic! Nice mentality of shooting the messenger. Shut every voice and everything will look good on paper.
I agree
Civic sense kis chidia ke chooze kaa Naam hota hai.. Or ye kahan paai jaati hai???? Indians are hugely wanting in this regard.. Be it people from villages, smaller towns, cities, well off / not well off / educated / illiterate all act alike as far as civic sense is concerned
No respect for public property (or for even private), no traffic or road sense, every Freakin place is a spit-istaan, they push shove for no reason..
Just today and many a times in last month a guy has been parking his car in front of mine leaving his number on the dashboard saying *in case or parking issues call * what the hell.. You are leaving for work and are going to waste 10 min just to call that Sir jee and wait for him to come half asleep and move his bloody car... That too when I had specifically told that my car runs daily so don't park in front of it, unlike more than 90% of the vehicles in the parking lot which never move for weeks...
Far too many rants tbh..
Great news that we are climbing the ladder. GDP per capita also needs to catch up to bring the standard of living high enough for a majority to give a f*ck about civic sense.
Expecting civic sense from someone who already has difficulty in arranging for basic necessities is a tall ask.
Civic sense and Indians? What's this some sort of joke? And what to celebrate in becoming the fourth largest economy? What's our population? Not that India is not growing but a country with a fraction of population was above ours for these many decades is actually a matter of shame.
it is possible but not today. It's gonna take an entire generation.
Start teaching kids in school from today, and in the next 30+ years, Most of Indian population will have more civic sense.
