I'm Looking for one time Payment based Cloud Service to Backup Files,Docs etc unlike GDrive,Mega etc that has Monthly/Yearly Subscription Based Services.
If you know any kindly share

Pcloud is amongst the best, Koofr would be next in line. Both should have some Black Friday deals, but you might need to rush!

I can vouch for filen which I came to know through privacytools site. Filen is an end-end encrypted cloud service provider. Few years ago I bought their black friday one-time payment 2TB deals. Happy with their service. Please check their site as they are currently offering lifetime deals in this black friday deals.

Wouldn't recommend pCloud as they are known for banning lifetime accounts. Koofr is fine, especially for their current $110 for 1 TB lifetime and availability of sync apps as well as WebDAV.

You will find a lot of cheaper new comers but you can go ahead with them at your own risk, for example, FileJump.

Strongly recommend not buying any new'ish service offering a lifetime deal. If you need lifetime, either go with pCloud or Koofr only (and yes, pCloud does tend to ban lifetime accounts if they find any copyright-infringing content in your storage)
