cnc3 demo released

Whatever happened to C&C: Renegade... it was a good FPS game back in it's time but for some reason they focused on RTS and never gave us a second dose of Renegade.
 
1.2 gb... :0 It's saying 12 hrs for the dload on my 512k connection. Also would it work well if at all on my gcard??
 
wow have you guys tried the demo yet? i played it yesterday and i was blown away.

sure the FMVs are cheesy as hell (dr cameron from house and boomer from battlestar galactica compete with each other for bad acting :no: ) but what the hell, its c&c.

performance is decent, the game looks good, it looks like it has been designed for fast games, and the ion cannon is pure ownage.

i tried very hard to like supreme commander, but in the end the crappy performance put me off it, so i was scared for c&c3. but playing the demo put my fears to rest, this is going to be a fun game :ohyeah:

LOL cant seem to remember a CNC game that didnt have cheesy FMVs.
