Other than the storyline obviously. Gameplay mechanics et al. This thing is a system sucker apparently.

Auto capture of points by just being near the flag, brilliant snipers who can hide in weather conditions like blizzard, lot of free units during missions, resource management has changed. ammo, oil points have gone. you decide the resources and build your army how you want to. difficult to explain but very interesting.

Planning to get a GTX 760 @ 18.5K+VAT only to play this game.The reviews show that the HD 6950 that I have is woefully short at 1920*1080.Hope with the 760 I will get at least playable FPS in High settings.

I've already switched to Medium graphics for most titles nowadays. Getting a stable 60 fps is something I prefer over 40-45 fps.

Actually the settings I linked to, just switching the physics to low, and fps jumped to 60-65.

My favourite strategy of using snipers as invisible spotters and mortar teams operating in tandem as hunter-killer teams is no longer working.
Snipers are piss poor in this game except for the Polish partisans to some extent.
Overall the game seems to be easier than Tales of valor or Opposing Fronts.The Hill mission on COH 1 where you had to fight back waves of Germans all the while protecting your HQ located pretty far away was a hard cookie.
The missions also seem to miss that multiple playthrough factor as COH 1 since the missions don't seem to work well with various strategies.

I bought the pre-order from Steam last year for $59.99. Now I saw it is on Flipkart for Rs.999 ($16), but is sold out at the moment. I want to buy a copy for my younger cousin, could someone direct me to a link where it is in stock ?
Btw, game is excellent. Don't compare it to original CoH as it was the best RTS ever made. Keeping that in mind still CoH2 is very good. Only thinks I miss are game lobby and custom games. TechSpot review stated even $1000 GTX Titan with $1000 Core i7-3970X can't even get past 40 fps !!
