mate i am going to pay for the warranty next week... hope will get the mobo replaced after that :)
 
Anyways i have made the payment for the warranty. they have confirmed and after 7 days i expect my warranty card...

My laptop is still running..only needs to be turned on couple of times to boot...

hope it can be fixed... :(
 
Well...havent got the warranty card yet...when called today they connected me to the concerned dept.

there the guy took my email id and said it be send tmrw...so lets see...

ps. i thght they would have taken my email id from the "emails" i send them before... :@
 
not worth spending 8k on a 35k laptop. IMO.
beware u will not get much for selling a broken laptop. 2nd hand market in India is really low.

hmmm....paid 4k for a 1 year warranty.

The benefits that you get are, free service and part replacement except battery, physical damage and OS. The parts covered under warranty are: Mother Board, Display, Adapter, CD Drive, Hard Disk. This is a country specific service package and service is done only in India.
