MSi Graphics Card RMA
Hi im Ram from Chennai.
MY GT 430 OC/LP edition card was over Heating like hell,so gave it to Digicare RMA
on 21.6.13.
The digicare technicians told the fans have to be changed and told me they are
sending it to Bangalore and i will recieve in a week.
i caled after 5 days they told you can collect the card that it has returned.
Then in 10 mins they called back and told the card is not ready,and said they are
sending to kolkatta for replacement will update in 2-3 days.
When i called back in on the 3rd day, first they kept cutting the phone.
then i tried alternate no, they picked up and said they are trying for
replacement,but the model is not available, will update in 2 days.
2days later when i called they said their boss is on the issue talking to personnal
in delhi to get replacement call again in 2 days
now today when i called they told like it cant be replaced ,no model like this
available will talk to delhi hq and update,we will try to repair the fan and stuff
I told him they have the worst customer service,what have they beeen doing so long,
Im starting to lose faith in their replies they just want to keep giving excuse
without no real intention of ever solving the issue.all i get is "will update in 2 days time."
This is turning to be Traumatic for me
Kindly tell me how to proceed from here.
