One of my friend looking for good system with webcam for his grand parents but budget is very limited, so I advise him to go with used system as chance is high to get good config at lower price.
Please offer issue-less (never repaired or over clock) system only. He can not afford spending more than 10k so shipping should accumulate in price.
He is not willing to buy spares & ask tech person to assembled all that, installing drivers, os etc. etc as it will cost him Rs. 500-1000
Will Prefer Mumbai/Thane Sellers first.
