Computech and Mehtabrothers not shipping, not responding

This. Almost every product is cheaper there, i only came to know about them via pcpricetracker list. Very sus.
Pimpom - Post it on reddit(indiangaming) as well about your experience.
At first I was a bit suspicious too. But after some research they looked legit and fairly well known. I still don't think that they are a scam site, just that they have no sense of business ethics and moral obligation.
did you contact computech store owner on whatsapp ? he is active and responds asap ,i just bought from them last week
Their WhatsApp message always says "Do not Reply to this Chat i Can't Talk, I am a Bot". I haven't tried to contact the owner in person. Maybe I'll do that if I don't get a meaningful reply tomorrow.
I hope you paid by Credit Card, so that chargeback is an available option.
I wanted to, but they charge extra for Credit/Debit cards and NEFT. So I paid by UPI - something I rarely do for online purchases.

Ofcourse they may not be outright scammers, but they're def not a good reliable store compare to Amazon/PrimeABGB/MDComputers etc. These players aint newegg/microcenter, but still better than others.

Also If you notice the stock of many products via pcpricetracker on computechstore vs others, they have every item in stock always & listed at much cheaper price. Its like they source the product after the payment at cheaper price (How?) and customer get it based on how fast they manage to procure it. I don't know how this model works, but the experience is very different & varies between customers. Many have posted about their bad experiences on reddit, no response/delayed shipping/wrong product etc etc.

This totally reminds me of MX2Games, they operate (used to?) very similarly except imports are involved. They are notorious for delayed shipping and customers chasing them with almost non-existent customer service. And they recently seem to have gone bust. Very scummy business model.

They also force you to use UPI and asked me for 6% extra if I pay by Credit Card.

I sent him a Whatsapp message earlier tonight (technically yesterday as it was around 10:00 pm). It's now 1:40 AM. No reply yet.

He probably responded well to you because it was a straightforward order with no issues and he wanted to make sure you went through with it.

They replied to my first email too before the order was completed. There was a problem with the payment at the time I placed the order. I emailed them the next day asking if my order was still valid. They replied to that mail within 10 minutes, telling me to ahead with the payment. Then complete silence after they got the money.
