computer restarts automatically:(

hi frnds.
i am using Winxp,1gb ram,with kasperskey antivirus.
while working my computer suddenly restarts or sometimes its hangs mouse n keyboard stops responding.i have scanned the computer many times but no virus found..
Pls tell me wht the probs would be??

RAM, PSU issues ? any blue screens ?

Can you check ur CPU temp ? Or if your AGP card is not built in .. check if its getting heated up too much.
